TRADES / SOFTWARE UPDATE:
- SportDOG, Dogtra, Garmin and DT Systems - trades welcome
- Older Systems of Any Brand - working or not
- Trade Evaluation based on working condition and current model status. Trade Quotes are valid for 14 days.
- We perform software updates on applicable systems at no cost - other than shipping fees back to you
SERVICE/REFURBISH REQUESTS:
- Dogtra Models purchased within the last 30 days, please complete this form and send the item to us
- Dogtra Models under warranty that were purchased over 30 days ago, contact Dogtra: 1-310-534-3022. You will need your receipt for proof of purchase
- Garmin Models - in or out of warranty - please complete this form and send the item to us
- All SportDOG models have to be returned to SportDOG
- All non-current models CANNOT be serviced/repaired and will be evaluated as a trade instead
DETAILS:
- Once this form is completed, it will enter our queue. We will PEND the request for 2 weeks maximum or until your item is received. Once received, we will evaluate your request and contact you.
- We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you insure any package you are sending to OKIE DOG SUPPLY in the event it is lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Keep a copy of your tracking number for proof in the event of a claim situation with the carrier. Claim issues are handled between you and the carrier you used to ship the product.
- Please note: the request will enter our regular working timeline, but, depending on the nature of the request, it may take 2-4 weeks or longer to complete the request. We will contact you with timeframes after we receive and review your package.
- Payment will be collected BEFORE any work is started. We will contact you after we receive your package and review the details. Price will vary depending on what you are wanting to accomplish.
- If you decide not to proceed, you are still responsible for shipping fees back to you and a $25 service evaluation fee.
- Shipping to us and from us back to you is at your expense.
- For any item(s) received that are skunky, caked in dirt, blood or poop, we will assess an automatic $25 cleaning fee.
- Please include a note and contact information IN THE BOX OR THE ORDER NUMBER WHEN COMPLETING THIS FORM. If we have to hunt for you online, social media, or your place of business, we will assess a $15 'finders fee.'
