Return and Refund Policy
At OKIE DOG SUPPLY / MULE Brand Hunting Clothes, we stand behind our products. Because we offer a wide variety of specialized gear, our policies vary slightly by item type.

1. General Return & Exchange Rules
Timeframe: You must notify us of any mistakes within 5 business days of receipt. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be in BRAND NEW, unused condition (not worn to the field, no animal hair/scent, no damage).

Proof of Purchase: A receipt/packing slip and a note explaining your request must be included in the box.

Exchanges: We do not charge a restocking fee for even exchanges. Shipping costs to and from our facility are the customer's responsibility but we can assist by providing a label at our commercial rates - you will need to be able to print the label we send.

2. Fees & Refund Calculations
If you request a refund to your original payment method, the following deductions will apply:

Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies to all refunds (waived if you choose store credit).

Shipping & Extras: Original shipping costs, insurance, and signature fees are non-refundable.

Financing Fees: We do not refund processing fees from Affirm, Klarna, or PayPal.

Custom Adjustments: 

Nameplates: $3.99 deduction per plate.

Shipping: If the item was sent under our free shipping tier, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund. This is waived if doing an exchange. 

Collar Straps: $8.00 deduction (if sent free of charge).

Antenna Keepers: $10.00 deduction for keepers with nameplates.

3. Non-Returnable & Custom Items
Custom Orders: Dog boxes, dog box pads, and custom-sewn items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

Medications: For safety reasons, medications CANNOT be returned or exchanged—no exceptions.

Perishables: Select perishable items are ineligible for return.

Dirty/Used Items: If an item arrives dirty or "skunky," a minimum $50 service fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Electronics & Warranty (Garmin, SportDOG, Dogtra, etc...)
Restocking Fee: All GPS and Training Systems incur a 15% restocking fee if returned for a refund.

Warranty Claims:

Garmin, we can assist with claims, but all shipping costs are at your expense. Or you can contact Garmin at 1-800-800-1020.

For all other brands, please contact the manufacturer directly.

5. Shipping & International Orders
Return Labels: We can provide a return label upon request; the cost will be deducted from your final refund or credit. You must be able to print the label we send.

International: Tariffs, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Backorders: If an item is backordered and you choose to cancel before it ships, the 15% restocking fee is waived (financing fees may still apply). If the item on backorder comes in at a higher price, you will be given the option to purchase at a discounted price from the new pricing structure or cancel the order. This does not apply to clothing/customs. 

Dealers and third parties are responsible for complying with the policies stated herein. OKIE DOG SUPPLY and MULE will NOT refund the customer directly. Once the merchandise is received by OKIE DOG and MULE, and IF the return is approved based upon stated policy, the dealer or third party will be refunded - minus shipping and it is the dealer or third party's responsibility to refund the end customer.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
You can call us directly at 918-633-3519 to initiate the return/exchange and obtain a shipping label. Package your contents and include a note with your order number and desired outcome (Refund or Exchange) and ship to:
