2-Year SportDOG Warranty: Within the Warranty Period, there is no cost to replace malfunctioning equipment. After the Warranty Period has ended, there is a product replacement fee to replace equipment. Replacement equipment comes with a 90-day warranty from the date that the replacement equipment is shipped by SportDOG to you. MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM: To obtain warranty service, call the SportDOG Customer Care Center. In the United States or Canada, please call 1-800-732-0144. Pursuant to this non-transferable limited warranty, SportDOG will replace the part with a new or refurbished part. This non-transferrable limited warranty will then apply to either the new or refurbished part for the remainder of the original non-transferable limited warranty Warranty Period. Replacement as provided under this non-transferrable limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Neither labor to remove the part nor labor to install the refurbished or replaced part is covered. Great product
I’m on my second rabbit season with these collars and they work great. Range is great, lighter weight than anything I’ve used in the past. I love that they don’t have antennas on them too.
